This Privacy Policy explains how Thomas Premier Group LLC ("Thomas Premier Group," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit thomaspremiergroup.com or new.thomaspremiergroup.com, contact us, or join our text messaging program. Real estate brokerage services are provided through MRG Realty.

3. Text messaging and your mobile number
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, by checking the optional texting box on our website form or by telling us directly on a call or in person, we will text you about your inquiry through the Thomas Premier Group Client Updates program. See our Terms of Service for program details. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service or our messaging platform, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

None of the above includes your mobile number for marketing, or your text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties (see section 3).

We keep your information while we are working with you and as long as real estate recordkeeping rules require. You can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

- Email: use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email, or reply asking us to stop.
