These terms apply to thomaspremiergroup.com and new.thomaspremiergroup.com (the "Site") and to our text messaging program, operated by Thomas Premier Group LLC ("Thomas Premier Group," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Thomas Premier Group is a real estate team in El Paso, Texas, led by Aayrrick Thomas, Texas REALTOR®. Brokerage services are provided under the supervision of MRG Realty.

2. Text messaging program terms

  • Program: Thomas Premier Group Client Updates. Texts from Thomas Premier Group about your real estate inquiry: follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and property or market updates you asked about.
  • How you join: by checking the optional texting box on our website contact form (it is never pre-checked and not required to submit the form), or by telling us on a call or in person that you want texts. When you join by phone or in person, we read you these terms and tell you where to find them.
  • Message frequency: varies with your inquiry, usually a few messages a week at most.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. To rejoin, reply START or ask us.
  • Help: reply HELP, call (915) 504-3677, or email aayrrick@thomaspremiergroup.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of buying or selling any property or using any of our services.
  • Privacy: we never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and contact us. Don't misuse it, interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Property and market information

Property details, prices, and market information are for general information, believed accurate but not guaranteed, and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an appraisal or legal, financial, or tax advice.

5. Content and links

Site content belongs to Thomas Premier Group or its licensors. Links to other sites (such as lenders or listing services) are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Thomas Premier Group and its agents are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Site or our messaging program.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Texas law. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
